Mr. Snell founded Emericon Builders in 2009. He oversees the company's operations and finance teams and has over 20 years of senior management experience.  He is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver Emericon Builders products/services.  Mr. Snell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University - Fullerton. Mr. Snell is also the Co-Founder of California Income Property and currently maintains a license as a Real Estate Broker in the State of California where he is an active member of the National, California, & Pacific West Association of Realtors.​
