As the construction manager, we manage every step of the project — from due diligence, project accounting and planning, general contracting and design services to final completion of a property’s renovation.

Emericon Builders is the conduit for providing all necessary information to our clients and investors. These special services provide property investors with weekly or monthly financial reports along with project/construction management reporting. We know that our success is built upon each of our team’s performance and customer satisfaction.

We are also able to provide assistance with Tenant Habitability Plans and Capital Improvement Pass Through applications required by the City of Los Angeles as a part of its Primary Renovation Program.
